Jordan Johnson: Chief of Operations

We’re Jordan and Paige, and after 10 years of marriage, we’ve built a life rooted in the place we’ve always called home. Both of our families grew up in Somerset and New Richmond, and those communities have shaped so much of who we are. Today, we’re still here—raising our boys, making memories, and building a future in the community we love.


Our two boys, Beau and Bridger, are the heart of our family. Between hockey, baseball, and all the adventures in between, they keep us busy and remind us every day how quickly life moves. We cherish being their biggest supporters and getting to watch them grow, learn, and become their own people.


We’ve always been an outdoors kind of family. Hunting, fishing, exploring the woods, and spending time together outside are some of the places we feel most at home. Life around our place is never quiet, either, with our hound dogs, chickens, pigs, and family cat adding plenty of personality and a little bit of chaos.

Now we’re taking a big step into a new chapter by starting a business of our own. It’s more than just building a business—it’s about building something together, creating a future for our family, and investing our time and hard work into the community that has given us so much.


We’re proud to be local, proud to raise our boys here, and grateful for the roots that brought us to where we are today. Our hope is to continue building a life filled with hard work, family, faith in what’s ahead, and plenty of memories along the way.

Preston Paulson, CPA — Founder & CEO

Preston Paulson is the Founder and CEO of St. Croix Drain & Sewer Pros. A native of Amery, Wisconsin, Preston started the company with a simple goal: build a dependable local business that serves its neighbors, creates opportunities, and contributes to the communities of the St. Croix Valley.


Preston brings more than 20 years of experience working in and operating businesses across a wide range of industries. His career began in the U.S. Navy, where he worked in aircraft flight line operations. He later became a Certified Public Accountant and built a career spanning public accounting, logistics companies, business ownership, and consulting on multi-billion-dollar projects.


Those experiences shaped the principles behind St. Croix Drain & Sewer Pros: solve problems, take care of people, and do what you say you're going to do.


As CEO, Preston's focus is on building a company known for exceptional customer service, practical problem solving, and a genuine commitment to the communities it serves. His vision isn't simply to grow a drain and sewer company—it's to build a lasting local business that customers can depend on and that employees are proud to be a part of.
